Q: I am having trouble getting my Z16 to record with a 64GB micro SD card. The LED turns green then immediately goes to red when I try to record.
A: 64GB micro SD card will require a very specific formatting to be used with the Z16. The SD card will first need to formatted into NTFS formatting using the basic Windows formatter, then will need to be formatted into FAT32 formatting using an additional formatter, called GUIFormat.
